The jaw plate (also known as the tooth plate) is the key wear part of a jaw crusher, divided into two categories: the swing jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate. It is widely used in material crushing operations in fields such as mining and building materials. Its model sizes are matched with the type of crusher, and it is primarily made of high manganese steel (such as ZGMn13, Mn14), treated with water toughness to enhance wear resistance. Some new composite materials (such as manganese-chromium alloys and bimetallic composites) can extend the service life to more than three times that of ordinary products.
